This is my absolute favorite Mexican restaurant ever! Chips and queso are delicious. I always order their chicken quesadillas that are always hot, fresh, and tasty. They have excellent frozen margaritas. I highly recommend the mango strawberry! The staff is also always very friendly and fast to seat us and take care of our drinks and chip re-fills. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. Just go pick it up.! I ordered over $100 worth of food through Monarca/conroe website . They forgot one of the taco salads on my order and so I called to let them know so they could send me the salad. The man that answered the phone said he was very sorry and that he would take care of it. So 30 mins later I received a call back from Monarca/Conroe blaming DoorDash for the mistake and they told me to contact DoorDash for a refund. I didn’t order through DoorDash. I paid $6.99 delivery fee for Monarca (. Not DoorDash) to deliver the order to my house. Of course DoorDash couldn’t help me. In the end, I paid $13 for a taco salad and never got it and was never reimbursed and my daughter went without her dinner. Never again Monarca, never again. Very disappointed.
