So glad we found this place. The ingredients are fresh, and very consistent. Friendly service. Atmosphere is what you would expect for a place that focuses on great food (no frills). I was originally sold on the milanesa burrito, but everything else I try is great. I bring my friends here for what I would say are some of the best tacos in SD. Fui a comprar menudo y pregunté si era fresco y la persona que me atendió me dijo que si, le pedí dos ordenes para llevar, cuando llegue a la casa lo tuve que calentar porque estaba frío y la verdad me dio asco comerlo se veía asqueroso y con muy mal olor, nunca regresaré a ese lugar y no lo recomiendo para nada 😕

I ordered a Chorizo plate with a mango smoothie, but it was just alright. The dish lacked flavor, and the beans had an odd taste and texture. Surprisingly, the rice was the most flavorful part of the plate. The smoothie was the main reason for my 3-star review as it had no flavor, and the color was off. The ladies there were very friendly, however, I ordered the caldo de res and the broth tasted overwhelmingly of cabbage (there was more cabbage in there than beef!).
