The service is awful. They don't bring everything out at once. I ate my meal husband was still waiting on his. Cashier was more intrested in being on her phone than taking care of customers. Rating it a 3 because my kid and my husband food was good. But 10/10 don’t recommend for salads or customer service. The girl working the counter didn’t seem to know anything when we asked simple questions like “can salad bar come with an entree?” She said “I think so. Maybe ? Idk.” I ended up just ordering a chicken ceaser salad (which she didn’t know if they could do fried but said no prob not”) The chicken are the salad was so cold it was like it came out of the walk in & for a ceaser salad she gave me just chicken + lettuce mix… the manager on duty said she “they have the fancy parm anymore for the ceaser” it was a horrible experience overall Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Ordered through DoorDash because I live too far away for delivery…salad was absolutely disgusting…huge chunks of salad that were brown and watery and not cut up! Ordered a 16 oz container of 1000 island dressing (because I live their 1000 island) and I got a 16 oz container of ranch! The cheese on the salad was a wet clumpy mess and of course, since I ordered through DoorDash, mazzios won’t even talk to me and DoorDash can only refund me $6!! Absolutely ridiculous!! We ordered almost $80 worth of food for our family and a lot of it was made incorrectly. Someone got Parmesan garlic wings and they had no sauce. Two people ordered the same pasta, and there was no sauce whatsoever on them. When we got there it looked like no one was there, and probably for a good reason. The food was awful.
