Guests don't like double cheeseburgers, biscuits and coffee at this fast food. McDonald's is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' viewpoint, prices are good. The charming atmosphere meets you at this place. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

It's a shame this is the closest mcdonalsds lol. I'm here at 5:05 pm Feb 25, 2024. I pulled up to pretty much an empty drive through line. No one came to get my order so I ended up saying "hello?" To which someone finally replied and took my order only with a TON of attitude. The kid didn't even say anything verbally to me when I pulled up to pay. Lol. This is so common at this location that I boycotted it for months. I don't even know why I came back. Its not like they make up for it with their quality food. They forgot the apple slices in my daughters 6 dollar happy meal. Fries were old. If I had to pick something to go on restaurant rehab I'd choose this one. This is a horrible McDonald’s. Every time I come here it’s a problem. The workers don’t speak to you in the drive through. They act like you are a problem. They never give you what you ask for in a bag. Avoid coming to this location if you can help. I don’t mind traveling three more miles from now on to get better service. EMPLOYEES DO ME A HUGE FAVOR….treat people how you want to be treated and be grateful that you have a job. A lot of people are struggling to find work. Be grateful. Or do me another favor….just do not work at all if your job is a problem or just that bad. This world is full of people that only think about themselves. It’s shameful.

My dad went there earlier because they had missed multiple things from his order, he got home noticed everything missing and went back up to get the missing things. My dad is the nicest guy in the world and very honest and they refused to help him and when he came home he said he was PUSHED by an employees brother. Thank God I wasn't with him, I'd be in jail. Not the first time we've had problems with our order at this location but for a family member to go there and be assaulted is beyond me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Server was unresponsive at the drive through, my McDonald's code disappeared from the app and I could not use it, just very poor service and a person behind the headset I would never hire so I left. Certain McDonald's locations are really falling off a cliff when it comes to the basic expectations of having a person who wants a job, food that is at least palatable, that is cheap because the food is of lower quality. And this appears to be one of those locations. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This McDonalds is absolutely horrible.Every time you pull up they say they are doing Door dash orders. if by chance they will serve you the lady who always works the drive-thru is the rudest person I've come across at a fast food drive thru. she acts like you coming to eat there is a huge inconvenience, and don't say hi or ask how she's doing, she will roll her eyes, sigh at you and shut the window, and your order is NEVER right. Everytime I have been there they have gotten our order wrong and then act like you're a problem if you tell them it's wrong. Seems they are closed more hours then open anymore no matter what time of the day. Nobody ever answers the speaker they just let you sit at the speaker and when they do answer the Workers always have a nasty attitude! I also do doordash and getting them to answer for that is challenging! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give this location, zero stars I would but of course that is not an option on Google. Do not go to this location. If you are looking for anyone to speak to you like a human, get warm food or if you decide to customize your order in anyway do not expect to get those items customized and added that you pay extra for. Also expect to experience, laziness and attitude from any and all employees including the managers who allow the employees to Speak to customers the way that they do treat the customers the way that they do and to not follow McDonald’s guidelines on how to make very simple food. If you are looking for a McDonald’s that you were craving, definitely do not go to this McDonald’s, as it has ruined my experience on several occasions just in the last month. definitely could have been better, nuggets were fresh but given the conditions of things that day, I mean they had at least 15 employees there on top of multiple managers and we can't eat on clean tables or walk on clean floors. place was ran like a food farm just pumping out floor for a quick buck.
