McDonald's is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Here you will pay medium prices. There is homey atmosphere at this place, as people see it. But google users rated this spot and it didn't get a high rating.

Oh my! On 3/4/2024 at 7:15am I stopped here for a BEC Biscuit and a hash brown and to "Powder my Nose" so I went inside. The place is nice and clean. What got me was the attitude of the lady who took my order. She's about 5'6", she wears glasses and has gray in her, as well as a chip the size of the abyss on her shoulder. As always I ordered my BEC biscuit with pickles and mustard and the lady wanted to argue over adding those 2 items. It's not negotiable. I know how I like my biscuit. Make it how I asked for it. She was RUDE AF to not only me, but to the 3 young men who ordered before me. Lady, I'mma pray for you! Don't know what troubles you're facing, but we're all facing troubles. Kindness is free. This is worst McDonald's in all of seminole county! Services is awful and extremely slow. Works can be seen doing many unsanitary things while working. From cell phone use and then touching food to handling money and touching food. Now onto their drive thru service. To sit in a drive thru for over 15mins after order 2 items is insane. Honestly that particular McDonald's needs to re-staffed. From the managers all the way down to the cashiers! Skip this location if you want a stress free experience getting food. As a longtime customer of this location, I have grown to appreciate the smiling faces and quality service and food, which makes McDonald’s number one in the world for a delicious meal on the run. Recently, I’ve noticed that the staff at this location have been less focused on customer satisfaction. As a regular customer to this location, I have noticed a slow decline in service, as well as the quality of the food. Being rushed through the drive-through, or having employees that seem bothered with taking the time to get my order correct saddens me. I hope that if the franchise owner reads this message they will understand that training and consistency with your employees keeps your long-term customers happy. I may return to this location again in the future but I’m going to give them some time to work out the kinks that they have in their management. I am no longer satisfied with the service and quality I receive at this location so I will take my business elsewhere for now. By far the worst McDonald’s. Stood waiting at the register for about 5 minutes while the whole staff gathered in s crowed joking and playing. Even a few glanced at me while I waited and didn't even say hello I’ll be right with you. Waited about 20 minutes for my food and I’m pretty sure I would’ve kept waiting if I didn’t actually ask about it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I got a whole order of cold wet frys that was pale and soggy didn't have any golden brown color like they took them from the freezer and let then thaw. I asked for another one because they were so soggy and limp they added Half a thing of new fries while leaving the original order at the bottom of the same container. So they covered up the fries I asked them to remake by adding a couple fries on top and gave it back to me. Talk about uncooked food Hazzard and horrible service. Truly disgusting.
