Order a quarter pounder and got served OLD FOOD! I order the deluxe McDonald's chicken only to learn it didn't include bacon. What's so deluxe about lettuce and tomato. Then you have the nerve to charge $13 for food that's been sitting out all day😡 count your days! I'll be reporting yall to the health dept. No customer service attention, waited on the drive-thru for 5 minutes into someone took my order. No Greeting, was not able to hear the person on the other side, cashier was not attentive, took money like nothing, second window gave me the order, no thank you, and on top of that received the wrong order. When I call restaurant, manager pick up the phone like he was at home. Manager was not trying to accommodate his mistake. I really do not know why I keep giving this location a chance. Almost every single time I order here, I have an issue. The most common issue is that the food is slapped together so horribly, that is is impossible to eat with your hands without making a huge mess. What is the point of a sandwich thwt you can not eat with your hands? It is obvious they have zero cares, it's an ongoing issue that has not been resolved, despite may times of pointing it out.
