It's McDonald's, but this location does such a high volume I will often drive past other locations to get food here on the rare occasion I want to eat McDonald's. The food is often noticeably fresher and faster out the window here then at other locations. Of course I don't eat fast food often, so my opinion is likely based upon limited data. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

During the week, this is a top-notch restaurant. Really fast, food consistent, service good. Went on a Sunday evening. Used mobile order. Drive thru, said I have a mobile order and then waited while they took the order at the other drive thru spot, who pulled in way after me. Then they didn't speak at the first window just had my receipt hanging out the window, pulled up and the person was mumbling, couldn't understand them while 4-5 employees were talking and laughing loud behind them... Waited another several minutes for my food, then they just handed out to me without speaking. Food was hot and fresh, but oh my... There was some young, look like well off kids, intoxicated and given everybody a hard time, I'm proud of how the manager took his time. While talking to them and get them to leave. I'm proud at how the crew back them up and made sure everything was cleaned up. I will surely go back to this McDonald's because they have my back. “I bit into my burger, and had to check for a patti” I really tried to be thankful because I’m so hungry. I ate half the burger but I just can not. Just because I worked and my points up to deserve a free quarter pounder with cheese doesn’t mean you give me the patti you’ve been holding for 20 minutes. I’m disgusted at how you treat loyal customers. Thanks for the lemonade held me over until I could get home. I have low blood sugar Im going to begin titling my reviews. Went inside and ordered a McDouble, small fry & a Diet Coke. I was the only person in the buildin g besides the employees, and the drive-thru line wasn't really that bad. Got my bag at the counter, opened it up & the sandwich was 3/4 unwrapped.. It had a completely hard, crunchy, stale bottom bun & the cheese was not melted at all. I had asked for light ketchup, but it looked regular. So I went to the drive-thru line and let them know I just wanted it to be remade. If you can't tell I was analyzing this thing trying to figure out if the s*** was edible. I've worked my fair share of fast food jobs and I know how things go when you're dealing with certain things in the kitchen. I am certain I was served a sandwich that had been sitting there for hours. So I get the new remade sandwich, look at how well the employees at this location treat their customers (see photo). Thanks McDonald's for EXCELLENT customer service. During the Woodward Dream Cruise "2021" the weather was AWESOME today. Me and my two granddaughters even got to sit out side at your picnic table with the umbrella and enjoyed our meal.
