What more can you want from a McDonald's lol. Although the lines are ALWAYS long. Seems like service is pretty quick. I always order curbside and get my food within 5ims of parking even with the line circling around the place. This is the WORST mcdonald’s i have been ever been at. The service was horrible, had to wait forever for my food and payment while the workers were having a blast laughing in the back. on top of that, they made us go inside to pay WHILE WE WERE AT THE WINDOW PAYING, which isn’t a problem but the attitude the worker had while saying it to us was a problem. Then they proceeded to try and make it better by “giving us free food” which was two large fries(with out the stuff we ordered and already PAYED FOR) when our order was so much larger than just two fries. then when we did get the food we went through obstacles for, there was a whole it should not have been that complicated in any way shape or form. The person who is in front checking out and passing orders “MAYRA” supposedly is her name according to her “manager”, short, chubby hispanic girl haves the most disgusting attitude to be working as a CUSTOMER SERVICE employee, she should not be working there if she is not capable of performing with the most minimum skills required in that position. Workers like her should either take back to proper training or offer her a different position but dealing with customers, what an unpleasant experience! Very rude customer service! They had me wait for my drive thru order in the spot designated for drive through and very rude asked me to move out of the line to wait. I called to let them know I was missing the kid’s meal and were even rude over the phone. And by the way I speak Spanish and didn’t appreciate them calling me “mamona”. I called to let them know I didn’t get my kid’s meal and said she couldn’t issue a refund. I’m not able to go back because I’m all the way home about 15 minutes away. I Asked if I needed to call corporate and she said she said she would ask her GM and I clearly heard them call me a name because I asked if corporate could issue refunds. McDonald’s do better! very poor service,to think that a manager will bring a hamburger all the way way from the store to where I was packed to give me my food . I understand pretty well how crazy and busy it can be sometimes but please customer service shouldn't be taken for granted and presentation too matters. Seeing crew coming out with food being held close to their clothes its a wrong service . Trays should be introduced for taken out food "It's important. I don't ever leave reviews however this needs to be shared. I have frequented this location for a few years now, and have run across the usual of missing food or long wait times. However, I've never had an issue is this large. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal got halfway through the hamburger patty and this is what was found. The burger is not even cooked. It is going to be hard for me to go back and trust this location. Here's hoping I don't get sick. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Food was fresh and good. Service was a little rough. They had ran out of ketchup, there was a trash can with an unchanged bag outside and it was there since I got there and still there once I left just like the rest of the things in this picture. They left out their cleaning rag and spray. A broom and dust pan, a black trash bag. Oh and I told the register employee the ketchup was empty and not once did he go and switch or replace it. I was trying to do it myself but they had the little door locked underneath. Also the front register guy who was taking the food and just went and put the food out and never offered a refill or sauces. I had to go get sauces myself and i had to wait upfront for a bit of awhile. As you can see one of the managers in this picture. In my opinion it was poorly handled last night. I will also be submitting a McDonald's review on their page.
