Clients may have perfectly cooked pies, cheeseburgers and sandwiches at this fast food. As many reviewers say, frappes are really great. The only thing that disappoints when you visit McDonald's is annoying employees. Most visitors note that the service is satisfying. The pretty atmosphere will be a good addition to tasty dishes and great location of this place. But this spot is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Hispanic women are very racist. The two man that was before me got a hello. When it was my turn, she walked away from the counter to make oatmeal for someone in the drive-through and I’m just picking up a Uber eats order never said hello one moment please she just walked away from the counter after she grabbed the oatmeal bowl I asked her can you help me I’m here for a Uber eats order. I see the order sitting on the rack, she said one moment and walked off again. The manager came to the register. I asked her if I can have the Uber Eats order. She also told me one moment I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes prior to them, not wanting to give me the order to make food for the drive-through, which was not even packed. I would never in my life go to this McDonald’s again for Uber eats or anything. I hope the establishment gets shut down or someone comes in there and goes off on everyone. Service: 1

This is my neighborhood McDonald’s and I must say this is the worst establishment I’ve ever had to go to. The entire place should be torn down as the owners obviously don’t care about the customers that spends their hard earned money there. The food is always cold and never prepared properly. The filet o fish will never be fresh and anyone that’s had one knows it’s absolutely disgusting. The staff are rude and does not reflect the values of McDonald’s. This is the only McDonald’s I’ve even been to that has refused to take my code at the window. Management does not care to train or help crew member treat patrons with respect. Let’s talk about the wait time for cold food. To keep their drive thru timer down they will make you pull into a parking spot and take a minimum of 10 minutes to bring an order that shouldn’t take no more than 2 minutes to prepare. Just left this location. The supervisor Tamika or Jamika (she had a platinum blonde pixie wig on), was being rude and condescending to the staff working the drive thru. I was surprised McDonald’s would hire someone so rude and ignorant to direct others. We had an issue with our order, she refused to come to the window and talked down to the person who took our order. I witnessed a bully in the workplace and am surprised a big corporation like McDonald’s allows this type of behavior from management staff. Terrible customer service! Multiple times I’ve had orders missing items when I came back for my item they tired to give me what had been sitting from my missing order! Did nothing to accommodate for the inconvenience! Terrible staff!

Monday, 10/9/23, 10:30pm TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible service. It's taking everything in my soul to not snap on this "worker". Nobody answered in the drive thru OR came to any window for at least 15 minutes! Normally I would've left after 7 but I had already paid through the mobile app and they don't give refunds.
