I met an incredibly nice lady, Kimberly, who works the drive-thru most mornings. Interacting with her brightens my morning. She remembers my usual order too, so ordering is fast/easy. Food: 4 Service: 5

I only go through the drive through, so I can’t speak for the lobby service, but DT service is quick and food is always hot and fresh. Staff is friendly and provide quick and polite service. I downloaded the mobile app first time user and I didn’t know really what to do so I accidentally clicked drive-through, but walked in the lady. I think she was a manager was very rude and was like oh you need to go back to the drive-through but I told her it was an accident I didn’t mean to press that button and just was very hostile about it so then John was like let me just help her and took over and was very nice and help me with the order and count me down with his great attitude. Drive thru can get pretty busy at certain times of day( like line is all the way to Clayton Rd.) but they handle it pretty quick and get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I usually interact several times w/late night early morning crew cause I DoorDash and they’re always nice and courteous to me and fix any issues I have w/orders. The only negative thing I have to say about this location(I’m not sure if it’s same w/other locations since this one is my usual for personal and DD orders) is when I’ve gone to pick up before 4 am(anywhere between 3:35-3:50 am and the dinner menu is still up) for dinner menu, I’m told that only breakfast is available to order, which leads to me having to cancel customers order and losing out on the full amount I was supposed to be paid. The chocolate milkshake with whipped cream was very delicious, the thickness of the shake was perfect, the Mc rib sandwich could used more barbecue sauces in it and it could also go with more pickles and white onions!
