A perfect place for a quick stop to eat and get back to your life! Is the food exemplary, well not really because it’s McDonald’s, but it’s some of the best McDonald’s food I’ve had. I come here often as it’s on the same road as my photo lab and the quality is always consistent. Customer service is almost always amazing. I always order with the McDonalds app since it helps me same some money and so most of the employees have become familiar with me. They are so kind and courteous and the service is almost always fast. Atmosphere is fine, Nothing special but it isn’t bad! Sat in the drive-through for eight minutes no one took my order, drove around to the window, sat there for another few minutes beeping the horn, while one of the workers with the headset on, was sitting at the table and looked at me twice and never one time got up to see what I needed. Worst customer service ever Service: 1

Absolutely don't stop in Caddo for this McDonald's!!! If you're heading East on the I-30, go to Greenville, if West, go to Royce City, stay as far away from this establishment as possible! Of you have kids, and care about them pass by, if you want kids or a concerned for your health and well being, bypass altogether. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped here at night time food temp is perfectly hot and cookies 🍪 are baked to perfection . 90% of McDonald's now a days do not heat it up enough, which leads to problems, but this one did it right. This place is supposed to be open 24 hrs. Well it's a hit and miss with them. When I go by at night there is a good chance they are not. Manager excuses is they don't have a cook or they're cleaning the grill. Turn the freaking lights off the sign and the menu sign if your closed so people know your not open. They are slow. I repeated I wanted a plain Mcchicken twice and ended up with a hot n spicy Mcchicken with everything on it. And I was the only one in the drive thru. Will not ever come back here. Once again. My brother stopped by here to grab regular McChickens and ended up with hot n spicy. That staff has got to be the dumbest I have ever dealt with Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been here 7 different times and have always had a horrible experience. Staff often barely speaks English or if they do are rude. The establishment inside is almost never clean. The drive-thru wait times often take longer than just walking in (You will almost always be asked to park and wait an additional 10-15 minutes). On top of that 6/7 of my orders were incorrect or I had missing items. My last time they forgot the meat entirely on 2 burgers. I won't ever go back here unless they change staff. Two #7's; one with no onions. I don't know what's so hard to understand about this order. But you somehow find a way to screw it up EVERY time. If I didn't want onions on both, I would've told you. Also, I ordered a large. I might as well have ordered a medium. So thanks for charging me for a large and giving me the same quantity as a medium
