A lot of guests have noticed that you can have tasty ice cream here. A lot of visitors order great iced coffee. Visitors don't like cheeseburgers at this fast food. McDonald's is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. The atmosphere of this place is comfortable. But google users rated this place and it didn't achieve a high rating.

This place have one of the worst workers I’ve ever seen. There’s a girl who works at night, she has the worst attitude and the way she treats customers is disgusting. First, she refused to separate the three orders that I ordered even if I told her that every order was going to different places. Then she said that she rather give me empty bags so I do it somewhere else. Then I left without all of them. Another day I went to buy something, then she asked me whether L had been there before, I said yes and she said she could not serve me, I had to go somewhere else. To make things worse, I didn't say anything but she started calling the police on me and I was waiting to hear what they had to ask me but they left without asking me any questions. That woman is a troublemaker. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The fries were hot! The Spicy McChicken is the best sandwich on the menu, in my opinion. It's consistent from location to location. It's affordably priced, and it's delicious. I think service in the store has lost a step, and the kiosks aren't always the most efficient means of ordering; but, I do love me some Mickey D's. I placed a mobile order at 10:10Am before breakfast ended (10:30Am) I got here to pick up my order (It’s nearby) and went to the app to check in to the spot # and it said my order is cancelled. I called and Eric said it’s because they can’t start making the product until I get here??? And that they “didn’t have the product”. I asked what product they didn’t have (9x item order) and he literally said he doesn’t know lol. Also makes no sense because when ordering anywhere via phone call or mobile order, the place starts making the food while the person is on their way/ or they give a timeframe to be there for pick up…. So why are you telling me you can’t make it until I get there 🤣

It's McDonald's folks, enough said. This one is clean, internet works, and it's convenient to the highway. Drive thru is slower than a week in jail though, probably better to order ahead, but then again your food won't just be cold, there's a high chance the order will be wrong. But they get 5 stars because I personally have witnessed this franchise giving people from all walks of life a chance to be independent and earn a living. Not a lot of companies willing to take on that risk. Nice job. P.S. I'm just a customer and I can't comment on the working conditions or benefits of the employees at this location. Google says the drive thru is open 24/7. The sign says the drive thru is open 24/7. The DOOR says the drive thru is open 24/7. When I show up, the drive thru is totally blocked by cones, and the doors are locked even though people are inside the building… alrighty then.

Used mobile app. Picked up my order and drove back home only to find I have the wrong order. The correct receipt in the bag but wrong food. Threw the food in the trash because everything had onions on it. I would think the mobile app would be checked before handing the food off. Contacted corporate office and they told me I'd get a call between 8AM and 10AM, this location contacted me at 4PM when I couldn't take the call. Never heard from them again. Ripped off $18. I do not recommend this location. Instead, go to McD's in Lowell on route 38 near Hanaford. They never mess up the order.
