I’m so tired of this place never getting anything I order right and no one can answer phone. The place is so packed and they are always behind. I ordered two drinks and waited 1 hour for them no lie and they can’t even make a drink right. This is my drink and it’s suppose to have extra shot of expresso and carmel and whip cream. Nothing but a couple of ice cubs and bland almost water flavor. This has happened several times and they know they can do it cause there’s not another mc Donald’s around. This place needs a lot of help. Update: Don’t call customer service cause they cannot help you. This is a franchise so the owner has to contact you for any refund. I’ve been given the runaround but still no one has contacted me and I’ve been the only one calling anyone. So now I’ve spent money and time and still without. This Mc Donalds knows nothing will be done so we can treat customer how they choose and can make out food hour they see fit cause nothing will be done. Just sad when they know it’s the only mc Donald’s around if you want another mc Donald’s you will drive an hour. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had…. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I waited 10 minutes at the speaker before anyone said anything to me. And then another 5 before they could take my order. I can understand it taking a little longer than usually since it was 4 in the morning, but then I waited 10 more minutes to get my food. I mean, come on! It wasn't busy. I don't know why but there is always a long line inside and out. The food is even bad for McDonalds quality & usually cold. The service is not good but I have had worse. The worst part about this place is the parking lot. It is very hard to get in & out of, there is the 2 lines for the drive through blocking things, and it is just laid out very poorly. The drive thru line can seem intimidating, but pack your patients because the line moves fast. If you're in front of me, don't spend 10 mins looking at the menu board. It's McD. Great play area food was great. Staff is a little OCD hovered over me until I got up out of my seat to sweep. Madison, was my cashier she had a beautiful bright smile and was a ray of sunshine while taking my order. She was polite, professional, and her positive energy was contagious. Pretty good but extremely crowded. Two kiosks allow for quick order and pay, and with that comes table service. They bring it to you, so the kids can cut loose in the indoor playground while parents watch, charge their phones, etc. We're regulars it made the mistake of going on Sunday after July 4th in a huge lake community, at lunchtime. 5stars for quick, accurate service, clean tables and floors, employees keeping up with the pace and still smiling.
