What a nightmare. Waiting 15minutes for food. Guy walks in waiting for curbside for 30minutes...food is sitting there for at least 10mins. Staff is clueless and hard to understand. Food was cold Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I try and try and try….but nothing ever changes. Tonight will be my final straw. I spent damn near $30 on meals and for what? The wrong burger in my box and my wife’s crispy chicken sandwich so over cooked that it looked like a burger. As there prices go up, quality goes down even faster. Truly dissatisfied and will never be back to this location Food: 1 Service: 3

Got in the drive thru and was a little leary since I had limited time for lunch and there was a bit of a line up. It went surprisingly fast. My food was made right. Also everything was hot and fresh. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Over 20 minutes in drive thru from order to food. I received food with was not how I had ordered and my coffee was cold. I'm back, thought possible improvement. I was wrong. I see many reviews of cleanliness but saw none of that. There was trash everywhere, almost no clean tables, ice cream on the back of chairs, cleaning supplies left out in reach of children. It's 8:30 pm and not busy. I ordered a meal and when it was brought out there were no fries. Apparently he didn't hear meal. Very snide and rude... I usually try 3 times before I make a final decision on restaurants. I will not apply this rule here. I suggest hiring a few older folks to get the younger, over privileged, mom and dad make me work youth from the area an attitude adjustment and customer service advice.
