They no longer have the self-serve soda fountains! Maybe there is a good reason for it? Also, there was one of those touch screen games playing extremely loudly, over and over, all by itself. It was very annoying! I asked one of the team members if it could be turned down or off. She tried and said no. I, finally, got up and unplugged it. I can't give a zero! We were traveling, and when going through Taylor, we had limited choices to eat. Well us, as well as others, went through the drive thru and as each car waited and finally drove to the window, when our turn, we had no clue until we didn't have someone talk to take our order, we drove to the window and NO ONE WAS INSIDE. NO SIGN ON THE SPEAKER, NOT OPEN! As we slowly drove off, there was a small sign on the door by drive-thru to say sorry, temporarily closed! Who would do this? Signs on speaker, or better, a cone in drive through letting people know don't go and sit in our drive thru!!
