Kayla 2/21/24 was so rude, never have I been talked to like that in a restaurant. Unacceptable. She needs to be evaluated. While talking to the Manager on duty, i different employee, Benjamin, came out to proceed to yell in my face with the manager between us, and then threatened to hit me for being a snitch after she told him numerous times to go inside. Getting threatened by a McDonalds team member is super professional. Who are these people, what happened to the NA McDonalds?

I ordered two sandwiches (fish and chicken). It took over ten minutes for them to give them to me. The worker apologized for the delay. The only other person inside by the counter was someone waiting for their Door Dash. The drive thru seemed non stop. That likely explains the delay.
