there's nothing I love better than to be confronted by an amateur manager whatever happened to the customer is right the atmosphere at McDonald's is horrible and again why did they put people that don't speak English in the Drive-Thru and I can't wait for the McDonald's corporation to fail Food: 1

A month ago

I got there at 5:50 am (thurs jan 18th 2024) but the doors were locked. Online it says the dine in is open at 5 am and so does their door. I called to double check and the lady who picked up said they open at 6. I let her know the door and online says 5 so maybe someone should change that and she yelled over the phone "no we open at 6!" Then very rudely hung up. I wouldn't have minded waiting the 10 minutes but with service like that I couldn't trust them to cook my food. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Rude and dangerous. My daughter’s food was compromised and made her ill. I found a finger hole in her checked nugget and my daughter threw up that night. They are very bad and will not return. I’m calling the health department.

All of my food was fresh and ready, wait was not long at all. Only complaint was my entire basket of fries had no salt. McDonald’s fries are so delicious and to have to take every bite with no salt was just sadness. Other than that no complaints. Fries were fresh but they screwed my order up twice! Maybe hire people who understand. Bread stale, burger wasn't made correctly and wasn't fresh. Never again. I'll stick to my regular Mcds spot. On Cumberland near Lawrence. Food: 1 Service: 1

Avoid coming here for breakfast. I’ve ordered take out through the app and as soon as I get here and wait for my food, a specific staff employee likes to slam the food on the counter and walk away. Other complaint is fries are always cold. Fries here always taste like they’re two days old. Other than that the staff in the evening are very nice!
