It might be cool to try great frappes. Clients don't like chicken nuggets at this fast food. According to most visitors' point of view, food isn't worth the fair prices here. There is exotic atmosphere at McDonald's. But guests rate this place below average on Google.

This location is a joke and needs to be shut down or taken over by someone who knows what they’re doing. I have gone to this location daily for my coffee and sometimes breakfast for almost a year. At least 4 days out of the week they either have the lobby locked (due to being short staffed) I also called them daily for a job for two months and guess what they aren’t hiring either. If you have to pay at the register get ready to watch them look you dead in the eyes and continue to work on everything else for 15 mins. Staff is rude even to a face they see every morning Don’t expect a please or thank you they will throw your bag at the counter. And if the lobby is locked and you want to use your rewards at the drive thru. NOPE 15/hr ain’t enough to do that either. I’m done I’ll try Burger King or Starbucks or literally anywhere else at this point. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Literally the worst McDonald’s in Scranton, they advertise promotions yet never seem to have them. They always say: “oh it’s not out yet/sold at our store.” Like bro I can drive down to literally any other McDonald’s and they’ll have it. They’re probably still embezzling money, I heard a couple months back the management team was caught embezzling $50,000. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is by far, THE WORST McDonald's restaurant I've ever been in. They have no condiment counter. Salt, ketchup, mustard, napkins, straws, lids. NOTHING. THIS ONE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. It's not worth being open. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Shame me, but don't forget the butter ....... I had an online order that included 8 hasbrowns (for 4 people). I walk in to get it to find the workers shaming me for ordering 8 hashbrowns. Probably should make sure the customer you are making fun of isn't right in front of you. However, I can take that, it's kind of funny. Ice machine in the lobby has been broken for a year or more. Barely makes ice compared to how it should. Solution: Leave the cover open. Good to know what's growing in there. Drive through has always been trouble. Most cars get parked to wait for their order. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The app malfunctioned, taking my money and not ordering my food. I went to talk to the blonde manager and instead of looking at my bank app where it immediately deducted the money, she insisted that I would be refunded and to bring my bank statement for $20 worth of food. The app states it gives absolutely no refunds. I will be going above her for the way she acted. She should be leading by example & to be honest, I’m not someone who complains a lot but I don’t know who chose her to be the one to train other employees. She couldn’t even take the time to try to rectify the situation. She was incredibly rude and condescending. If you don’t like your job, maybe you should find a different one. Keep the $20, hun. First time placing an order on the mobile app for rewards, drove to the drive thru pickup window, stated "Im here for pickup order", employee on intercom " whats the code?" I stated the code..."they stated ok its already paid for"...(thinking - "I'm already aware of that") didnt state to pull to the next window or anything, left the sentence hanging as if I didnt know what else to state, drove up to the first window, she confirmed that it was mobile order and if I wanted my receipt, thereafter, I drove to the next window and I believe the manager came out and handed me a hot coffee and stated the order will be right now, I corrected polietly stating that I ordered a ice coffee instead...she quickly changed the drink and asked me to pull to the railing to wait, she also stated that she had new employees as well, so I was more understanding...I only waited for 2 mins I think and they provided everything on point! 5 🌟 I think the phone or intercom etiquette needs to be instilled within the new/current employees though...although I personally think that should be a requirement applying for the job Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Mccafé Caramel Iced Coffee

We ordered fish fillet and fries through mobile order. The fillet was fine but we were given away cold fries. We had to reach out them again and upon asking for warm fries we were serviced right away. Since we were given what we wanted but it should be obvious that people like warm fries not cold. Excellent service, food was hot and delicious!!! Also, while eating my food in the parking lot I watched an employee, working very hard to clean the outside of the restaurant. I have to say, that goes a long way with me, as far as how well a restaurant stays clean!!! Kudos to this location, it was the cleanest McDonalds I’ve been to in a long time. Keep up the great work PA!!!
