I made my order at the intercom. When I arrive to the first window I paid for my order. And then when I arrived to the second window I noticed that they charged me for the wrong. So they had to give me a refund and charge me for the correct order. And that took another 20 minutes at the second window. Causing a long behind me. This McDonald's is located near the 160. When going here, I always double-check to see if they got my order right as it is a hit and miss if they get your order correct. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Some kid working the second window doesn’t have any customer service skills and it is BEYOND HORRIFIC! I wish I got his name, I went around 9:50 pm on 12/31/23.
