We stop over this one frequently and have normally received good service. Today, the coffee tasted way off (watery and lacking any flavor). Despite letting the lady behind the counter know, she didn’t offer to fix it. And they don’t seem to follow the mobile app direction to bring it to table. Food is never right, tastes off and dry compared to the Billerica location. I feel the employees are just not being trained right, Everybody seems motivated and working really hard I just feel like whoever is in the managerial positions there are not doing their job in teaching how they should cook the food.
