Iced coffee is awful, food is not far off from prison food. The kids(I guess you can call them employee) that work at this establishment are some of the sharpest light bulbs our public school systems have to offer. The owner should get in here and clean house before the house cleans his wallet and reputation.

Sad. Once every year or two I get my Big Mac/Quarter Pounder with cheese craving. I get them and bring them home and eat them both. Used to be I could eat them both plus a large fry. Now I can barely get through both sandwiches. These two were impossible to get through. You need to have a m eeting with the bun bakery. The buns are too dark. First quality problem. I believe your sauce needs adjusted on the Mac. Way too much. Makes the sandwich impossible to finish properly. Only creates a mess. Big Jim Delligatti would not be happy opening a container of a Big Mac were he alive. The quarter pounder /cheese was terrible also. Over cooked. I spent my younger years working in Big Jim's stores. I opened New Stanton as a second assistant. Sent to Irwin to open and promoted to first assistant. Left McD and took a job as assistant at Wendy's. Promoted to manager and opened the Latrobe Wendy's. Promoted to Supervisor over 7 stores. I know what unfrozen burgers taste like. You guys don't have that down yet. Pay more attention to your food that you are handing out the window. Smile when you hand it out. Make your customers feel welcome and ask them to come back.

We're gonna eat in bur the dine in only starts at 7 asked if we could use the restrooms and the one worker let us and then on the way back the manager told us we aren't allowed to for security reasons

To the owner, your employees are unsupervised kids who don't care at all about your customers concerns, they are hanging out together talking and on their phones and they're running your business into the ground. The food is largely pre prepared and cold, often made wrong and any changes you ask for are ignored and then when you get angry your the bad guy. You're employees have zero accountability and have no authority figures in charge and making sure the work gets done properly, after all it's only people's hard earned money your making. You as the owner need to get your businesses in order because all the kids you hire care about is that it's an easy job where you don't have to do much, nobody's in charge and you just collect pay checks and you should be embarrassed to have your establishments run this badly and most importantly the food quality and food preparation is the worst I've ever seen and the common thread is you, the owner and the disrespectful juvenile service of your terrible employees. You need adult oversight and accountability on an hour to hour basis. Lastly these 2 McDonald's have been very bad for years and all complaints have been ignored, the food is atrocious and that's on you and the people you hire to represent you, your employees don't care how nasty the food is and nobody's stopping them from serving this uneatable trash.
