According to the guests' opinions, waiters serve good ice cream here. Guests don't like chicken nuggets and coffee at this fast food. McDonald's is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will appreciate adequate prices. The atmosphere of this place is pretty. The girl taking orders at the window today was extremely rude and argumentative. Argued about how I ordered a hamburger happy meal with cheese… told me the menu and her computer both show it as a cheeseburger happy meal not hamburger happy meal… apparently she’s illiterate on top of being extremely rude. And to top it all off the entire order we received was wrong. I will never go back to this location. Customer service here is a joke. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My 2 friends and I came thru the drive thru and ordered 2 hot and spicy mcchickens and 1 regular mcchicken and 1 with just cheese and pickle and they got the customized one right but forgot 1 hot and spicy and a large fry when we ordered 2 medium and 1 small fry, then I go to ask her for sauce she gives me 2 when I have 4 sandwiches. She then goes to say I have to pay for extra sauces, she charges me 2.70 for 3 ranch and 3 buffalo then tells us to pull forward she needs to keep the line moving after messing up our order!!!! Can't say much about this McDonalds beyond my only experience from an hour ago. It's 12:Something AM, New Year's Day; my dear drunk friends want some fries and I, the one sober person, am willing to get some. My tipsy brother and I slip into the car, and get to McDonalds. Miraculously, the place is open. We order our fries, and I order a spicy McChicken and he some McNuggets. It did take a while, but these people are willing to give a part of their life to work on New Year's; it would be odder if the poor workers were spry and happy. Okay so I hate doing this but here we go!!!!!!! People when coming to this McDonalds? CHECK YOUR DAMN FOOD!!!! So today this morning? I get off at 6 am I work graveyard for Sheriff’s dept in Denton!! I am so tired I ordered a number two no egg and add bacon, med orange juice and two pumpkin pies. I get to the window I pay, I press on the gas and stop something told me to check my bag because the customer service was poor!! I don’t have any hash browns with my meal in the bag and I am convinced that the medium orange juice is a small!! I make this same order all the time yawl!!! Smhhhhh so, I back up and told the Spanish woman, she goes and gets me a hash brown and tells me that my orange juice is a medium!!! I drive off, I get home and hungry I start eating my hashbrown and please see the picture last bite this is what I see!!!!! I am completely done Ruth this McDonald’s!! I specifically ask for NO EGG because I believe I am allergic to eggs, and PLEASE SEE THE PICTURE!!!!! What a damn damn horrible morning!! I have the money to pay for a number two meal, but can’t seem to get it! There was 3 cars in drive through!!!! Please don’t go here!! I was really hoping I could be nicer and give a better review. I even waited over a week before leaving this review. Unfortunately, in less than a 7 day period, I was frustrated twice by the poor performance of the mobile app and the online experience. First, 1 week ago, I attempted to order breakfast on the mobile app. It simply froze up. Even sitting in the McDonald's parking lot, ensuring I had a good signal. I hoped it would clear by the time I got the window, but it did not. I just told the manager to forget about it. Second, a week later, I had a better experience using the mobile app. But then I tried using the survey on the receipt, to let McDonald's corporate know of the first experience. And it would not work! It would appear that Ronald McDonald the clown is running the IT department! Always ask for my fries cook to order so I won’t get cold hard fries, didn’t get that. My quarter pounder with cheese, cold. I think that burger was from yesterday. Didn’t notic it til I got home.
