Edit: What’s the point of asking me if I want sauces, IF YOU DONT PUT ANY IN THERE FOR MY ORDER. Can’t get 1 thing right. This store is buttcheeks. Don’t eat here. Found a hair in my Nuggets, it's literally fried in there. 3/5. Rest of the food tasted great. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went a few more times and all was fine. Much better experience. OCTOBER update: I've been back twice on different Saturdays and all was well with drive thru and service. Slowly adding stars. Update: Saturday Sept 2 all was normal. Adding star. ********************* Saturday morning Aug 5. Understaffed. Cars abandoning the drive thru after 15 minute waits. Second lane was being ignored. Ordered 2 egg McMuffin only and received 2 sausage biscuits. I honestly think they gave me the wrong order on purpose because I complained at the speaker about being skipped multiple times. No receipt. I have received wrong order here before. I hope they get there act together. I won't go back again any time soon but I will go back after a few weeks and update review if situation is better. For now thanks for starting my Saturday with frustration. Have given many opportunities to make a iced coffee. My request is as follows, three shots of the liquid sugar and three Expresso shots no ice.. It's pretty basic, I pay for the extra happily as long as it's in the drink However this location has me pay for Expresso shots and NEVER puts it in the drink. They are rude when I ask for the Expresso shots on the side showing my receipt that I paid for each shot . I understand it takes time to make the shot's but if you don't want to do your job then go home. Don't take it out on paying customers........ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time in Commerce, Texas. Just found out about Texas A&M Commerce University. Interesting. Stopped at McDonald's. They made my double fish filet just as I asked. It was good. They a little on the slow side with service, but I will take slow, polite, and accurate any day over poor customer service. McDonald's has changed. They no longer have dedicated cashiers or no self-serve fountain drinks. In order to place your order, you must do it online or via a kiosk in McDonald's. That or you will have to wait on someone who gets paid upwards of 20 dollars and hour to flip burgers to mossy on over to assist you. Not what I call service. In order to get a refill on any beverage you have to once again, WAIT ON THEM!!!! Like I said, customer service there is, well, one of the worst I've experienced before the start of the 2010's. Good luck. As for the food? Don't expect anything placed together nicely. Their food is thrown together in such a manner that it resembles something a child would make in the back yard with water and dirt. I went in this evening, just after 5 p.m., and ordered a #3. Thays a double quarter pounder, fries, a drink and treates myself to a frozen coke. When I sat down, I noticed there was a problem. The cashier rang it up as seperate pieces but no fries. I stood behind a family who was ordering, waiting my turn. When they were done ordering, I stepped up to the counter and waited almost 5 minutes before someone from the staff meeting walked by and asked if I'd been helped. Several people in the kitchen area saw me and ignored me. I told her the problem and she offered to give me the fries at no charge. Then I waited another couple of minutes. My food was already delivered and was getting cold at this point. Then she asked what my number was and I finally had to explain that I already had my food. So, at this point the food was already on the luke warm side, the frozen coke was melting and my unsweet tea was sent as sweet tea. This is on top of the 3 cold breakfast burritos I received on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Do you think they could get their printer fixed? It's been this way for a long time. I won't be back. I'm changing my five star to a 1 star review due to the poor management shift ever since you hired the new manager bc, we ordered caramel macchiatos that turned out to be unsweet hot coffees with whipped cream on top of them with absolutely no caramel in them. Very dissatisfied. Another coworker ordered a Hazel Nut coffee and he was told he had to stir his own coffee. The new onsite female manager is rude, unprofessional, and needs remedial training, or to be let go preferably. Being mystery shoppers and consumer reports representatives who represent "THE PEOPLE", all over these back-to-back poor reviews for this restaurant location, are obviously legit including my review. From now on, we're going to the new Whataburger in Commerce (5 - Star reviews) for our breakfast orders! WE THE PEOPLE are dissatisfied with your lack of professionalism! Nice friendly employees fairly clean, outstanding layout sectioned off in modern station. Not alot of wait time from order to pick up. Open dining, terrific lighting, great experience. Lots of seating, clean, and bright. A great stop anytime.
