At this fast food, guests can order nicely cooked hamburgers, sandwiches and sausages. The whole impression won't be complete without ice tea that is great here. A lot of reviewers mark that employees are competent at this place. From the guests' point of view, the fireplace looks good here. There is exotic atmosphere at McDonald's. Long time patron, first time Kiosk user. Not bad, entirely different experience from conventional Dine In prior to this New Technology. Kiosk use is self explanatory and picture based with standard POS transactions. Service to the table is new as well. Old school counter orders and check out are still in use for those who prefer a more personal touch. The restaurant was clean and comfortable; the temperature inviting. This location, Crescent Springs KY also boosts a play area for children making a birthday party or any event a very pleasant afternoon experience. Children most definitely accommodated in all facets. Plenty of parking with Handicap Accessible parking, access, and accommodations. Easily seen from road, highway, and the interstate. Repeat, really? Has definitely been a repeat for three generations and over fifty years. Enjoy. Trillions Served!!! This was a definite 5 star stop. I don’t usually give a fast food restaurant a 5 but they went above and beyond. The staff was courteous and quick to respond. My daughter’s app was not responding and they even made sure her order was received and correct. We were a group of six with 4 different orders. Food was fresh and warm. Dining area was clean, tables and floors, and welcoming. there’s a play area. I even spoke to the manager because the visit was so good- staff was so attentive. They delivered food to the tables quickly. Ben at the register and Alex serving curb side and table orders - were YES “teenagers” who needed praised for their excellent work ethic. Polite! Parking is a bit challenging but plenty of parking is available in the back of the restaurant. This McDonald's use to be an organized place, now it's run by high school kids that hasn't graduated or just a year out. I waited over twelve minutes for my order, I had to go in asked them for my order, the lady in the vest said we accidentally gave away your order to one of the cars behind you, I said I'm not surprised. So they finally gave me my order, and I had enough patients to not show them my bad side, I didn't want them to cry. But they need a new staff that is organized, not give the wrong orders to the wrong people so they can get orders out quick from drive through, and inside orders. The staff right now, is horrific.

Not customer service oriented. I watched them pass over my ticket over a dozen times as I stood at the counter waiting. I had to let them know that I could see them before they stopped however not without insulting me and giving me serious attitude. Not sure if it's because I'm black or not but that's the vibe that I got. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
