The last 3 times ivy asked for a double quarter pounder and each time I got a single, today I got a double but they didn’t put the apple pies in the bag . Every single time I go there they mess up the order , same for my husband. We have made our last trip to the Quinlan store, someone really needs to do something about it, it’s ridiculous and a pain In the rear to go back up there so we loose every time. Horrible service from Jessica in the drive thru. I’ve never had a reason to complain in about 10 years going to this location. She has a condescending tone and attitude over an order they got wrong. They are ALWAYS nice , polite people. They try hard. I’m enjoying an iced coffee from there right now. It’s delicious 😋. Yes I had to wait a few minutes. My order was correct, hot & fresh . Most mornings, it is great. However, on several occasions, I have been there between 5:35 & 5:45 AM no lights on at all. I have driven around by the drive-through a couple of times to make sure it was not just the lobby that was still closed, but the drive-through was not open either. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Had to go back cause they forgot a small bag a fries. Also a burger I ordered had things I said not to put in it like two thirds of our food was fresh was an ok experience. We went when it wasn't busy. (Edit) Came back food tasted old no one wants to take your order. They want you to use the kiosk and they're talking in the back so you if you need condiments or help you end up waiting there forever. Go to another McDonald's! Im not sure whats going on lately but my order is almost always wrong. And now i sign up with app. It wont give me the rewards it promised. If you get the chicken sandwich better bring your own sauce cause it comes dry as sand.
