over 15 minutes for a frozen coke and tea... asked where my tea was an was met with no answer. i asked how long it was gonna be and got no response. walked out immediately with no tea, no refund, and DEFINITELY not "fast" food service. You better go in to see what you're going to get from this service instead of going through a drive-thru I just watched a 260 lb black lady rubbing her face with her open Bare hand over top of someone's open Food Bag after food was put in it and then talked for at least 10 to 15 more seconds with coworker before she can find herself on the way to the drive-thru window to deliver same food no thanks I can get salmonella anywhere

It was my favorite McDonald's but they are understaffed because people don't want to show up or whatever reason but they can't keep up with the rush of the people coming in so you have a 20 to 30 minute wait on your food. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Did order by machine, took number, says they would bring it to the table, no i had to go get. Machine, number plate, and table says it will be brought to table. Also tea was over sweet had to mix un sweet tea with it. Fries had no salt. I ordered a quarter-pound combo meal. However, I was unable to enjoy the entire burger because of a burned bun. The manager refused to do anything about it. The ice cubes were the best part of this meal. Always a fan of McD’s, I eat it less frequently as I age but still crave the food. It’s been a minute since I’ve had the McChicken but the one I received seemed much smaller than what I remember. Much smaller. To make matters worse, they gave me the spicy version. The fries need to be fresh and hot to be enjoyed. They were not. Conclusion: disappointing food and disappointing service makes me want to add McDonald’s to my no go list.
