Beware of the Quater Pounder meat. They do not fully cook it this is the second time in the past month I have gotten a burger that is very pink undercooked. The photo is from the actual Double Quater Pounder they sold me. They should cook their food longer. Waisted my whole lunch break time due to the fact they can’t make the food right the first time, it’s almost always wrong every time I come here. They are too worried about making the food fast and getting it out fast then making sure it’s made right. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We placed a mobile order at 8:09 and at 8:39 we ended up having to get out of the car to go inside and get our food which was just sitting there. Upon walking inside the staff was yelling, laughing and joking. We were not the only customers that had been outside waiting for a crazy amount of time. They ended up getting out of the car and going inside to get their food as well. Meanwhile the cars in the drive thru and getting help immediately. Food: 3 Service: 1

If you go in the morning or early in the day they have great service, they make sure your order is right, are fast, and supper polite to you, trust me that is difficult to do at 5 am. This is the only time they actually do the cold brew coffee right. Now I've had multiple issues with the evening staff getting orders wrong or missing items. In general the inside is very clean and the restrooms are stocked, I just wish they had papper towles to dry with. The koskies to order from don't always work, so I recommend ordering from the employee on counter. Had our meal inside the restaurant and sat towards the back of the restaurant. Noticed a McDonald's employee sitting with a female both very young. Half way thru our meal my husband and I heard another employee tell these two young kids the following, she hated to be the one to tell them but they needed to leave they could not be sitting there. She carried on that it was unprofessional and they needed to go. Keep in mind that there are other groups that were in the restaurant and were load. Three ladies behind us and a group of four men listening to videos that can be heard half ways across the lobby. The temperature outside was in the low 30's. I don't know if they were waiting for a ride or why they where there. I was concerned that the management thought they were bothering us which was not even the case. the young kid looked liked he had a ruff shift. She told us she kicked them out because they were making out. I then told her that was ridiculous the were sitting across from each other not even holding hands. Long story short she threatened us that she was going to call the cops on us because we were making a scene. The whole time the manager was yelling at us telling us it wasn't our business. The wait time whether it be drive through or walk-in is ridiculous. If you are in a hurry I would not recommend this McDonalds. If you have a Big Mac attack you are better off going to Aurora where the service is so much faster. So if you have the patience and are in no hurry and feel like wasting the gas while setting in the drive thru line then this is the place for you but if you are out to get breakfast, lunch or dinner and dont want to have to wait around for what could take up thirty minutes or stand at the counter waiting for someone to realize your there so they can take your order my advice don't eat at this restaurant. When it comes to fast food this McDonalds doesn't even begin to compete. By the way if you love McDonald's sweet tea I wouldn't bet that this location has it ready to serve. We have visited here several times just to get sweet tea only to have to let the staff know they were out in the lobby or be told we had to pull into a drive thru slot while they brew the tea. Since when did fast food become slow. Seems like very time I come to McDonald’s I have to pull over and wait. Now we have higher prices higher paid employees and longer wait times. That just doesn’t add up. I remember when getting food out at the window was a standard but now making customers wait has become the norm. Ps my order was a simple cheese burger. Food has never good at McDonald's. So I can't really complain there except for my chicken. Sandwich suits copied with crabby oil, so it came out. Brown always clean at the spare.
