2/17/24 7pm parking lot lights were out. No soda available, tea tastes like Splenda not sweet tea like at any other McDonald's. And the hamburger meat was completely over salted, at least that's what it tastes like. I try to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt, especially this one. However, we have decided we are done with this place. The last four times I’ve gone to this establishment (over the course of months) things have been awful. Usually they forget to put half the items in the order I paid for. This last go around, I got home and all of our burgers were uncooked! They were also out of all drinks? After driving back to address the food, they did cook new burgers. All together, this establishment is a disappointment and management should be making some changes. Or maybe there should be new management. Since there is only one fast food, in battle mountain. You get stuck with this place. I tried to give this place a few tries. Literally every time I come get food it’s something. From me waiting to get food for 20 minutes then getting the completely wrong order and having the employee look through 20+ receipts to prove they didn’t get the order “wrong” every time I go there it’s a joke how do you screw up fries.
