Cannot get a simple order right, even after having them fix it 3 times. Employees ( including manager) are verbally abusive, and dismissive. Tried to refuse to serve after taking my money twice. Gave me a refund for someone else’s order, after refusing service ( due to me refusing to leave the drive through, after they got my order wrong twice, then left me for 20 minutes in the “pull forward spot) They will have you “pull forward”, with part of your order, and just leave you there for 20 min plus. Threatened to call the police on a 70 year old woman after trying to steal from us. Only gave me money back when I reminded them that they took my money twice, and did not give me the food. You can see in receipts we were there an hour, the two transactions ( they kept the second transaction receipt as they “fixed” it at payment window.) Food is good and staff are great, but the fries are always half empty when coming here, it’s probably coming from higher ups at corporate, but makes me not want to order fries anymore Update for December 2023, place is going down hill, slow service, Burgar raw, manager on duty seemed bothered there was customers . Dear Franchise Owner.. If you hire incompetent kids/employees you get bad reviews. Just pulled in off the I-64 for 1 cup of coffee, the McDonalds Kiosk is difficult to deal with for 1 cup of coffee, always has been, so I ordered from the attendant. You’d think 1 cup of coffee you shouldn’t have to wait through all the other orders in the system to get. I finally flagged down the shift manager who’s running orders to cars and he understood and poured me my 1 cup of coffee. No common sense with your line employees at this location will pull this location down because there’s too much other competition to choose fast food from that’s more efficient. Absolutely horrible service. Lady at the register kept getting my order wrong and when I asked for a manager she refused to get one for me. Everytime I’ve been there my order is never right the first time and sometimes not even the second time. Parking lot is dangerous hardly ever have the lights on when it’s dark matter of time before someone gets hit by a car due to this. Worst McDonald’s in the area. Also while I was having these issues there was a manager just sitting in a corner on a laptop doing nothing not a very good look.
