Ordered from human at the counter due to substitution request on one of the menu items. Sandwiches were correct and hot. Consistency is what I count on most when I visit a McDonald's and this one didn't disappoint me. All was as expected and just fine. Usually on the go, I decided to dine in this time. Passing through from Dallas on my way home to Houston and stopped for breakfast and well it was the worst experience ever!! Slow service, cold food and no sense of urgency at all from not one employee!! They need new training! Service was fast. But the food was absolutely trash! Cold almost undercooked French fries. The Bread was stale and just put together horribly. The cheese was not even on the sandwich! These were the worst coldest chicken nuggets I have ever. They were overcooked and were not even Hot when they were served. I was passing through on my way to houston and stopped here. The attendant was open face yawning while the customer Was placing his order and he did not even Cover his mouth. In addition One of the cooks had on gloves that he was Wiping and brushing his gloved hand across the countertop and then touching people's food to make their sandwiches. Not even considering that he's picking up bacteria off the dirty countertop And then using his same gloved hands to touch people's bread and food. My four-year-old daughter said her Burger was yucky. My order was number 106. I rated the atmosphere higher because the store was actually clean and well put together. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
