Just got done spending 15 minutes at the drive thru pickup window waiting for our order. We were literally the only car in the drive thru. I looked in the window to see a staff member leaning against the counter on her phone, eating. We didn't get a single update the whole time. Finally, our food was handed out. Fries were soggy and cold like they'd been sitting for 2 hours. Food: 1 Service: 1

Absolutely terrible service. Was parked and told it would only be 3 min wait for my quarter pounder and 10 min later I got my food. I didn’t order cold fries. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is great for what it is, fast food! I am never disappointed with the service even if a mistake is made, it's resolved quickly and professionally. The crew here is generally lively and the facility as rather clean and pleasant. Thank you.
