Worst McDonald's I've even been to. If i can give it a 0 star i would. It's 10pm and the lady name I think Tamirita something at the drive thru seem over it with. She's rude as we wanted to order double cheese burgers but didn't really understand what she said before. So we asked her to repeat it and told us to wait and she went ahead and took the order of the car that came after us. She was rude to the other cars as well as we could hear her through our window. She doesn't seem to be liking her job. Went to the window and she didnt even say anything when we said hi and thank you. Looked at us full of attitude and closed her window. She shouldn't be working for a costumer service job if she can't handle it. Won't be returning at this McDonald's anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went into the McDonald’s on 204 this morning and was able to place my order without delay. After doing so, I sat down and waited for my order. Ms Lakeisha who is an employee here approached me and said she would check on my order. When she approached again, she was serving me my meal. Ms Lakeisha then came back later to check on me and other customers who were dining in as well. My whole experience today was great McDonald’s. By far the worst staff I’ve seen at this location. We waited at the curbside spot for over 30 mins then when we went thru the drive thru for our food the lady on the mic was rude and dismissive. We then proceeded to wait 15 min in the line for them to mess up my order. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just swung through on my way home from work to grab a quick bite in the drive through. Was typical McDonald's food, worker wasn't unpleasant but not necessarily pleasant either, which is typical for most McDonald's locations. There wasn't much wait as they weren't very busy, the food was freshly made and made the way I asked, and done so in a timely manner. Will continue to stop at this location in the future. The pictures explain the low rating for the food. The person at the register ignored the people in the lobby... two people walked out. She only looked at me when the manager told her to help me. However, another worker helped me instead... that is how slow she was moving. My visit was on December 30th at approximately 10:30 am. Please let someone else greet the customers at the register... I would give zero stars if I could. I asked for no onions on my cheeseburger. It said on my receipt no onions so they put onions on my burger. Im allergic to onions, so got to have an allergic reaction because people couldnt look at the ticket. Thank god its not anaphylaxis otherwise their carelessness couldve killed me.

Whoever the sassy boy on lane 1 (1/3/24) was around 3:15 P.M. was very rude and disrespectful. The greeter speaks first which I am aware of having worked at McDonald’s for many years on Abercorn. I said just one moment respectfully. He continued to say order when ready about 3 more times until I said I heard you and then he said “Are you ready to order hellooo?” I could barely hold my tongue because they were trying to be funny so instead of making his day worse I came in and ordered my food via kiosk. Whoever had the attitude needs to be moved to the counter or table or grill because they have no decent customer service skills at all. Bathroom stall with the changing table for the baby was occupied the entire time we were there waiting for our meal. That's a good 20 minutes at least occupied by one person. No toilet paper in the other bathroom stall, overall it was dirty and a very unpleasant experience. Neither soda machine was working. Mediocre at best. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We all know McDonald’s have long waits and is a lot long lines. Today 10/30/2022 about 2:50ish pm, the young lady at the back window cashier was excellent. We need more like her. She was courteous and thanked me for my purchase and even said have a great day. McDonald’s employees hardly ever say those wonderful words. Forgot I was at Mickey D’s. Get to the next window to pick up food. I for sure was reminded I was at McDonald’s. The guy basically shoved the food out the window. As if he was giving me stolen food I had paid for. When I worked at McDonald’s (years ago 2000’s.) I was trained that if a customer order 3 or more drinks they automatically get a cup holder. Every time I go to McDonald’s (not much) I have to ask them if they have a cup carrier. It’s very irritating. Parking lot is directly next to a gas station which is near the highway so there’s a lot of traffic. Coming in and out. I’m confused at why the adult kids meal is being advertised but has yet to be available. It should say coming soon or it’ll be here one day. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50
