I pull up at 6:00 in the drive thru and see an employee smoking in front. I try ordering and got no response. I turn off my car and waited and waited to order. I finally pulled up to the window. Turned off my car again. Waited there 5 min. Finally someone came to the window (the same guy smoking the cigarette). After ordering they asked me to pull forward. I pull forward and finally after waiting in my car, I go inside to find out what is going on and see if it will be much longer. Seems to be only 2 people working. Didn’t get my food until 6:17 and it wasn’t even hot. The orange juice tasted like water with a hint of orange. Who is running this show? Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Hands down the best McDonalds I've ever been to. Whenever in Kingston, the kids want happy boxes, I will go because the staff are friendly, service is great and the food actually looks like it was made by someone who cares. They have no training on how to have good customer service in regards to having any type of accountability. Whenever I have came here, I always say please and thank you, give endless comments to staff because I work in the industry of customer service as well and I know how hard it can be for a worker but that’s still not enough for this staff. EVEN WHEN IVE BEEN KIND TO YOUR STAFF, I’m met with scoffs and side eyes when your staff messes up. Take accountability, seriously.
