99 health rating and fast service while the next door places are dumps. Gotta give them credit where they have excelled over other fast food options in town in terms of order turn around and food safety. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered a breakfast meal, I asked for Mexican salsa to go with my hash brown. The lady looked at me in confusion. I asked her to go ask another employee what it was so that I could get it. She came back and said she found it and handed us our bag. What she gave me was four packages of ketchup, and this is how my sandwich was wrapped. Lazy lazy. Won’t go to this McDonald’s again. I usually give fast food restaurants a break because you get what you expect. However the last two times I have been to this location the service has been slow. Went there today around 6:30 pm and actually got a chesse burger happy meal for myself On the burger was a peice of hard plastic or glue which resembled a diced onion (i discovered while eating it) The manager tried to talk like it must have been in the meat but it wasn't melted in anyway I'm not sure if it was placed there intentionally or what but the manager tried to assure me that it wasn't I do know whenever i received the meal i heard 2 of the workers talking wondering if the happy meal was actually for me 🤷🏽‍♂️ Lucky it wasn't for a child and had been swallowed, it could have really caused great injury or something worse Be sure to check your food people cause u never know what could be in it but honestly if i wouldn't have have noticed caused it looked like a onion. My order was horribly messed up. Two Happy meals they were not fixed correctly. After driving off I realize they did not give me the chocolate milk and the apple juice that goes with the Happy meals. It was a long drive so I decided not to go back. I asked for ketchup didn't get it. The prices are ridiculous. They charge more than just about all of the McDonalds in the city of Greensboro. The owners should be ashamed you’re in a little town charging these prices for processed food. Service: 5

Stopped on my way back to NC. We ordered the food to go. Once we had pulled off my granddaughters opened the bag and you will see in the photos the fries were barely filled up. I ordered a large. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have gone back in. Food is expensive and it's horrible to receive such a small amount. And I looked in the bag and they were all in the fry container.
