They nickel and dime you here for every small thing. Also, when you are inside the restaurant it takes a long time for anyone to acknowledge you are there and assist you.

Food was good and quick. It was late, and they had limited staff but were still rockstars. I have been to fully staffed places that weren't this quick. Food was fresh and delicious. Mcdonnys was alright, nothing special. Idk if Ronald still partakes in the McDonald magic but there’s definitely some clowns working there… love my large chocolate shakes I don’t understand why they aren’t consistent throughout the city. I went here New Year’s Day 2024 around 2pm. The crew was incredibly rude and had zero patience during the order. The food took longer than expected for a 10 piece. Then the nuggets were the worst nuggets I’ve even seen, soggy and room temperature. I don’t understand how they can do that if it took them that long but please never go here expecting nothing but the worst from all aspects of this horrible McDonald’s. ZERO STARS! these idiot managers treat there workers like there stupid or something. I overheard her the way she speaks to a crew member. And then the fact the girl thinks she better then everyone or something being rude to customers. I was a Manager at a food restaurant once and If I saw her. The management at this McDonald’s is sooo cheap! Every other McDonald’s will put lettuce on your burger if you ask for no bun (gluten allergy). This McDonald’s charges you for it, even though lettuce is way cheaper than a bun. They once accidentally put ice cream in cups instead of cones. When I asked for cones, the manager made them and gave us about an inch of ice cream, telling me that they wasted ice cream for the cups (their fault). The managers will go to the window any time there is a mistake and argue with you. There are many other examples, but those are the most recent. Oh yeah, and they don’t answer the phone. Strange. They also screw up my drink EVERY TIME. They added Coke Zero to their soft drink selection. I prefer it to Diet Coke because it’s not as watery tasting. I kid you not, every single time I order it, they either give me regular Coke or Diet Coke. I don’t get it. I always take a sip before I leave cause I know it will be wrong. I use this McDonald’s because of the location. Otherwise, I would be going somewhere else every time. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The atmosphere at the drive through was the worst. The blonde lady, who was the cashier, was nice enough. However, the younger girl with long, straight, dark hair who handed us the food, had the personality of a toilet paper roll; worse because she was downright disrespectful. I smiled and thanked her, as did my elderly mother, but she just glared at us, as if she hates her customers. She said nothing. She just continued to stare angrily at us, to the point where she was creepy. We’re never going to this McDonald’s again. We’ll make sure no one else we care about does either. There are many restaurants to choose from, many of which are actually great, with excellent customer service. I’d advise everyone to avoid this place. You can’t even call them if your order is wrong (which also happened), so beware. There’s a number listed, but you’ll get a fax screech or the line is disconnected. Don’t waste your time here.
