I GOT ASKED FOR MY ID BECAUSE I TRIED TO PAY FOR MY FOOD WITH A 100.00 DOLLAR BILL. Ask for a Cook to order flyer fish sandwich she said you mean well done I said no I don't want you to take an old fish and refry it just because you're too cheap and or to lazy to give me a new fresh fish and not an old dried up fish that's been sitting too long and not fit to eat, McDonald's is known for this, I am done they gave me a re-cooked filet fish, I'm 66 been frying fish a long time, I know the difference between old dried under the heat lamp, past its time fish Patty, I am going to blast mc dump, it's getting old I stop eating at mds, this Time I give my word I'm done.

We primarily use the drive thru for this location. It is decent. Not perfect by any means. About maybe 80% of the time, everything goes well! We have had the experience of using the mobile order to go and we did not get the correct meal and had to go inside anyways.... We also were forgotten about while using mobile orders... We have experience over a 10 minute wait with orders mobile or drive thru. We have had a few experiences of not getting the correct order from the drive thru, but not the majority. But hey, it's McDonald's! You can't expect perfection. We generally get mcdoubles and fries and they turn out great! It's just when things get more complicated, I guess miscommunication happens? Whoever was taking drive thru orders at about 9:15 tonight, was absolutely amazing! My order was correct and he was just down right amazing! If everyone had customer service skills like him this world would run smoothly! The food was fresh and really good! There tea was the best I’ve had from a restaurant in a long time!!! A customer had a big order and received 5 large fries that were cold. She complained and requested 'fresh' fries. The cashier took the fries from the customer (after she felt them) and placed them RIGHT BACK on the fry rack! I made sure I got fries fresh out of the oil. This happened while the owner was sitting in the lobby 'reviewing' the employees. Getting food from this location is hit or miss but you better be on your order and watch as they make it. The Egg McMuffins were overcooked, the hash browns were OK, had to wait for decaf coffee - they had run out, and the hot chocolate was so-so ... had a slight chemical taste to it. The woman's room was OK. In the men's room, all of the urinals were out of order & had bags over them. The toilets were dirty, as was the floor. The hand dryer was broken, and the wastebaskets were full. The Service By sheet on the door was blank, which accurately represented the condition of the bathroom.
