I've been going to this McDonald's for over 10 years now but I had to change my rating for this establishment due to the truly ugly experience I just had in the drive thru. I was accused of 'tweaking' by the person at the window when I didn't even have a chance to say hello, due to me not being able to hear them clearly while trying to order. It's sad to see this place going even more downhill than ever before. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The dine-in experience at this location has been completely ruined by the recent remodel. There is no longer a fountain for customers to fill their own soft drinks, which makes the whole experience terribly inconvenient. It takes a while to flag down an employee to get you a refill. Not the employees' fault, everywhere is understaffed. But you know would make your staff's time more efficient? Not forcing them to take time away from their jobs to grab refills. We trust customers to make their own orders at kiosks, but not get their own refills anymore? When an employee gets you a refill, they will not put it in the same cup. Instead, they will give it to you in a new cup, which is incredibly wasteful. There is also no longer a ketchup dispenser, only a tray with ketchup packets, which is also very wasteful and inconvenient. I would consider returning to the drive thru at this location, but will never dine in here again. Terrible ownership/management decisions just lost a longtime customer. It doesn't matter how nice the new decor is if the experience becomes unbearable. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Edit: giving 4 stars, previously was at 1. The quality of the food is by far better than other locations. **** Came to this location cuz of higher ratings. My drink wasn't filled all the way, only 3/4 the way. Ordered a large fries, but only gave me a medium fries amount. Bad attitude at the drive through, the guy handing out food doesn't even say anything when greeted to. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Had an issue with mobile order. When I went to pick up all she said was that there was an order in my name but that the order was blank. My card had already been charged and the app said order processed. I was happy to resolve it but the lady offered nothing but silence and repeating that her screen was blank. Cars were honking at me because I sat there for several minutes with no help. Just silence and repeating that she couldn't see what I had ordered. App issues are one thing but I've never experienced worse service. Currently having issues getting a refund for an order I never received. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Service: 1

This is the worst fast food location ever, the staff are not friendly or helpful if there’s an issue with your order, they barely speak any English and they’re under equipped to help you out with any problem you may have, the manager is nowhere to be found, awful service and a terrible establishment. This is an incredibly efficient McDs. The young man taking our order and collecting payment at window one was a world class employee. I didn’t catch his name, but it was order 93 on 5/16 at 11:56. Even though the concept is “fast” he took a brief moment to ask how our day was going. Thats extremely rare in any industry, let alone fast food. That’s a good dude.
