These people don’t know what they are doing. It’s mistake , mistake , mistake every time myself or family come to this location & only this location. Food isn’t prepared correctly , items missing from order, the wait time is so outrageous ( just for a simple burger & fry order) & food that seem it’s been made before even an order has been received. I continuously try to give this place chance but it seems it never changes. My business with this location it done with . I will give me money to the other location in Greenville & Scotland . My rate for this service & location : BIG FAT 0. As I currently type this I’m currently waiting on 3 burgers . It’s been 25 mins since ordering .

I hope you enjoy enormous wait times for mediocre food. Service is horrendous. Was told to pull forward so they could prepare a single sandwich. 10 minutes later I ended up calling the restaurant. Stopped to get breakfast and an iced coffee. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! After a 25 minute wait, My sandwich was cold. I questioned my iced coffee when I got it because it looked like a glass of milk. Lady told me there was coffee in it. Worst iced coffee I ever had. I will not go back. Don't waste your time for this overpriced food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It took 35 mins for 4 kids meals, the lady manager was rude and made us use the kiosk Instead of actually helping us, then the manager started a shouting argument with an employee in the kitchen, which is an open kitchen and the entire restaurant could hear them arguing. Was told to pull to wait and place was not busy in drive thru. Told lady we would wait and 10 seconds later food was ready but it was cold very disappointed. The main concern with this location is the parking in relation to entrance into restaurant, especially for first-time visitors. Parking is behind the restaurant with two entrances being in the front and side away from parking. You have to walk through traffic to get to either entrance. I did find the atmosphere within the restaurant really pleasant. Playing family oriented movies on large screen TV's as well as play area for children was an absolute positive. Well, we had ordered ours on the phone. For curb side pick up. The order was supposed to be brought to us. We waited for a while, then had to go to the drive-through window to find out what exactly was going on. The manager came to the window and asked Did no one come out to you? I sent it out a little earlier. We said no. We never got anything. She was like I am so sorry. Hold on. I'm going to remake everything now. I'll put a couple of extra pies in the bag for you all. Again, she apologized. Said just pull up there, and we're taking care of it. Not to worry. She did exactly that. The food was all fresh and hot. She was very nice. Will be coming back here! Got 2 sandwiches for lunch, came with no condiments on chicken sandwich and roll was over toasted and dry. fish sandwich was dried out roll with not even 1 tsp of sauce. The food was fresh and Delicious and the Customer service was very good and the building was clean but the parking is all the way in the back you got to walk a distance to go in side for that reason drive thur is always packed Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
