I thought it was an evening problem, but my husband went to McDonald's about 5 minutes after they opened and sat in the drive-thru 8 minutes, and no one spoke to him. So he drove to the window and they ignored him. Then, someone else pulled into the drive-thru, and they took their order. So he drove back around, and they told him to hold on. Then they took his order. This has gotten ridiculous. Many people in the community have the same experience of driving up and no one taking their order even though there is no one else in front of them. Someone please notify the owner. This McDonald's has become a dump. A year ago we didn't have this problem. Service: 1

I ordered at the kiosk. I was dining in when you finish ordering it tells you to take a tent so that they know what number you’re order is when they bring it to your table not only do they not bring it to your table they don’t put it on a tray either. This isn’t my first negative experience here. Maybe just take the option off that says they’re going to bring you your food because they don’t and y’all can just go ahead and get rid of those tent numbers too because they mean nothing. Not to mention that they just stand behind the counter and act like they’re in high school every single time I come in unprofessional every single time. Maybe you guys could find some adults to work in there or just follow policy or get rid of that policy so that I’m not sitting there waiting for someone to bring me my food, just a thought 🙂 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Takes 10 minutes to take your order. I ordered to 10 piece nuggets a they put it in a 20 piece box. They had the 10 piece boxes but to lazy to go get them from the back. So I waited for them to go get them an had the nerve to tell me to pull up. Sorry I wasn’t pulling up for your laziness should’ve went back there when you knew you was out of the boxes. I normally wouldn’t complain but the nuggets was going to two different people. A the nuggets was hard. I’ve always have bad experience with this McDonald’s. This will be my last. Pretty good for a McDonald's. The food was fresh and the fries were really good. It was ok McDonald’s is always McDonald’s I ordered a 6 piece nugget for my daughter and only got 4 nuggets. But she was ok with it! They could definitely add in an extra sauce pack or a pie sometime considering how the prices have went up so much for a cheeseburger 😁🤷🏼‍♀️🥴 Service Take out Meal type Lunch

I went in at 7:45 am on Wednesday July 5 2023 i ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin hash browns my total was $6.63 It was a mobile order on the app... They were very swift with my order and it was surprisingly correct the problem comes in when i bite into my McMuffin i bit into an eggshell on my first bite and that is unacceptable then i moved onto my hash browns and they were cold. So had i not ate eggshells i maybe could have let it slide but it scratched my throat and made it bleed a little.. and thats not all i would have spoke this over with the manager except everytime u call the store number its busy. Ur phone cant be busy for 3 hours continually. Had u answered the phone i would have taken care of this matter over the phone instead of on a review but apparently yall would rather take the phone off the hook instead of talking to someone and trying to fix the issues. So as far as McDonald's in snead thats a 👎🐣🍳 no thank u on the eggshell sandwich. Yall need to get it together guys! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

If I could give negative stars I would!!! Worst fast food place I have been to. We waited over 35 min to get our order after we waited 15 min to place the order! (There was no line!) Then order was wrong wrong wrong! I ordered no onions or pickles and both burgers were COVERED with them! My ol man is very allergic & I just hate them. But they could've killed him! Fries were ice cold, burgers old, iced coffees were bitter. Manager was indifferent and acted high. Worst experience ever. Total incompetence. If you value your life- do NOT stop much less eat here!!!🤬🤬🤬 Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
