I've been to a lot of different Mcdonalds chains and I gotta be honest, this one is not amazing. Very often they forget the sauce or make your order wrong. When I went to tell them they forgot the sauce I paid for they were pretty rude and visibly annoyed at me even though they are the ones who forgot it. Ordered 6 chicken nuggets, they gave me 4 and when I went to get it fixed there were about 6 workers near the desk however they were talking to eachother and laughing and completely ignored me for 5 minutes. A lady next to me cut the line and got helped right away while I kept getting ignored. During my last visit they forgot the overpriced sauce and scammed me on fries and got the order wrong. Got here at 8:01 sign says they open at 08:00, staff just looks at me while I stand in the snow for 5 minutes before I leave. Excellent communication Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Cold and way way too much salty fries. Nuggets were barely warm. I ordered chocolate milk shake and I got just milk flavoured milkshake, the machine wasn't working properly. Dirty inside. In the past going to McDonald's was something...the quality and the amount of the food is less and less. Overal ,junk and disgusting food. 32 euro for 2 small menus with frozen milkshake... horrible experience! Dirty tables,low quality paper towels... don't dare to use toilet! Rude employees discriminating/belittling clients at the drive thru and bad manager present. Food is equally bad. Cold and even incomplete orders even though it was repeated thrice. McSomel Almere Buiten B.V. should make it their responsibility to solve this problem. It is bad for the image, goodwill and eventually boil down to losing money.
