The worst experience ever!!! For a unknow reason , the order machine charged double cost for our menu. We’ve showed the duplicate payment to the manger and manger keeps saying that their machine will not charge twice of the order and it is the problem from the bank instead of their machine. We explained that we are not living in Zaandam, and in the bank transaction's it shows duplicate payment. He keeps saying that They can’t refund the money to us and we need to check with bank. I really don’t understand why!!! And now bank can’t return the money. So in the end we paid double . The behavior of the manger are really rude!!!! If you buy your menu from the machine, advise you double check your bank account and ensure they don’t charge you twice Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

great burger, fast service. I come here more often than I should 🙄. Burgers are cooked to order 👌. Today I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder burger and took some photos, so you know what to expect 😋 UPDATE 2024: Went for a Quarter Pounder and took some pics in my car. btw, the burger tasted great as advertised. After 15+ yrs of absence I had to eat out of convenience at this restaurant. At the end of the meal I needed to use the restroom for a number two. After I'm done I find not even a single sheet of TP. After commando style cleaning up I went down to report this affront but not even a single apology was uttered and they barely acknowledged their inadequancy. I had to leave quickly or I might have done things I would have regretted. So after a day of hard work my day was ruined by the neglect of the workers and the management and their non-reaction to my plight. Shameful place. But this the general problem with McDonalds in the Netherlands - it junk that does not taste good, compare to for example Germany or some other eastern countries McDonalds. Fries simply have no taste. I guess some brilliant manager have decided to boost profits by using bad quality oil (with no taste) and as thin as possible fries so you get that extra 0.5% margin in top of existing 300%. How difficult can it be to get the 'kiosk' order right? It is in writing no less. I ordered a Double Big Tasty and they gave me a single patty. Also paper napkins are nowhere to be found. They get 1 extra star for the nice terrace area.

We ordered maestro burgers, 3 before us and 5 after us all got their order and we waited more than a quarter. There were not less than 12 children at work and we ordered just 2 sandwiches and waited 24 minutes. However I saw the hospital is just a few meters away in case of emergency, but the maestro burger was delicious!
