To try nicely cooked hamburgers is a really nice idea. Visitors don't highly appreciate milkshakes at this fast food. Many reviewers think that the service is fine. The quiet atmosphere makes a good impression on people. But guests rate McDonald's below average on Google.

I guess average review score speaks for itself. Today around 4pm me and my partner made two orders, one for cheeseburger and other for cheeseburger and fries. First came right away and was eaten while I kept waiting. After 10 minutes I asked about my order and was asked about it so two employees know I'm waiting. After 5 more minutes who I assume to be the manager asked me again what am I waiting for and proceed to basically argue with me that this order went out while describing order different from mine. I did got my food finally but it was like he was making me a favor. If you can't control 5 orders in a food chain maybe different carrier is something to think about. Funniest part for me was 3 waitresses standing around almost empty restaurant with no thought in their eyes. My guess is that someone else enjoyed my food. As I live equal distance between Steenwijk and Herenveen guess where my next visit to the franchise will be. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person €1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible service. Workers are always slow. You take a large portion, but something is always missing, they don't finish the potatoes, and therefore a large portion is not much different from an average one. We always visit this place every morning and the service is fast. They are friendly and accomodating.

The staff is kind and your order gets to you quite quickly, as you would naturally expect from a fast food restaurant. The only issue I have with this McDonald's is that they never, and I mean NEVER, properly mix my strawberry milkshake :(( Aside from that it's a good place, I only ever hear positive things from people around me.

Staff were super polite. Had to wait a bit at the drive through, but the courtesy made up for the time. The order was correct the first time through.
