I have nothing but great things to say about Grand Ledge Meijer. It is a home away from home. Clean, fully stocked, great personnel, drama-free, etc. What more could you want ?
041524 update. Was at Meijer Grand ledge again. Same ridiculous cashier problem. 2 lanes open. I asked the cashier why they didn't open more lanes and she said the store only had 2 cashiers available. Get rid of self checkout. Hire cashiers. Awful shopping experience. Also I was there last week and they only had 1 person on deli counter. Long long long wait. Terrible customer service, and not fair to those employees having to deal with possibly annoyed customers. Store is nice but I give it a 0 for customer service. --- I was by the store so I went in. They updated the grand ledge store. Really nice. No cashier's anymore. Very frustrating. Had a full cart. 2 lines open. 5 carts each. Store won't pay for more checkers. I Shop at Kroger more now.
They usually are always well stocked, employees are genuinely friendly & very helpful. They usually have good clearance deals
Coupons/sale price frequently doesn’t work. Have had multiple items on shelves show a sale price, but ring up completely different. Associate asks you to go take a picture of the item on the shelf with the sale price. Respectfully, no I’m not doing that as the customer. Ordering online: Store will be out of something and not offer any substitutions. Today they were out of 10 things and offered 0 substitutions. Defeats the entire purpose of ordering online when half the stuff you need for a recipe you have to go in and look for (and find) yourself anyways. Would love to see this process improve.

I stood in line at the service desk in grand ledge while they helped a customer in front of me they saw me standing in line when I got up to the desk they slid the register closed sign in front of me and said they close at 8 ...well you saw me standing there you could have said we are closing after the customer ahead of you instead of letting me stand there and waste my time!! Very poor and not professional at all! Very disappointed Meijer you can do better .

I usually shop at the one on West Saginaw but the card machine was down they were only accepting cash. I would definitely go to this one again the set up is the same very clean had everything I needed well stocked. But customer service needs work there was barely anyone around when I needed to find something. But I still give it a 5 star ⭐
Met with manager Aric last night. He first enlightened me providing knowledge I did not have and then profered a solution I was more than satisfied with. It was a very good interaction and a demonstration of excellent customer service.
Total remodeling of the entire store has been stressful for everyone. However, the new Grand Ledge Meijer is looking very modern and super clean. Staff are working hard everyday to complete the changes and it shows. Remodel has been done for a while. Finally getting used to the new layout. The store has a modern fresh look and is usually well stocked now.
