I was just going to one star and not comment, until I saw the owners response to all of the one stars. I don't usually review places but we had her baked goods for a company party and they were horrible. I heard about her customer service towards my coworker who bought the baked goods and decided to look up her reviews, for an owner that has a lot of reviews saying her customer service (specifically HER, the owner, and not staff) is piss poor and then seeing her passive aggressive and just plain rude responses to her one star reviews I am beyond disgusted with how she responds. People are allowed to one star with no comment. Also, people pay in cash, people get gifted desserts, people get bought desserts for parties, the fact that the owner is stalking every one star reviewer and admitting it is beyond unacceptable. Not everyone pays with a card and not everyone pays in general (gifts). And then reading that the owner assaulted someone as well in the reviews is just the last straw. I will be sure to let absolutely everyone I know to never, ever support this business and to support small businesses that actually care about their customers. It takes a LOT to piss me off enough to write a review on google, so congrats Maggy Bakes.
EDIT: Dear owner, if this "disgruntled classmate" is the same one you seem to have physically assaulted during some night out, the reviews seem to be deserved. You also responding to actual one star reviewed customers by saying they should have spoke up sooner is not caused by this person, is it? That is you being a bad business owner. You are also botting the reviews with your family and friends five star reviews it seems by your response to them, how is that honest or trustworthy? How do you expect anyone to trust you as an owner after assaulting someone, harassing one star reviewers, and spamming your own business with fake five star reviews? If there is ever a request for a glam cake, Miggy’s Bakes is the place to order from. I couldn’t have asked for a better cake! The purple and pink frosting, pink ribbons, sparkle cherries, and the disco ball! PHENOMENAL!!! Let’s not forget the cake flavor, lemon raspberry, so flavorful. Thank you, to Shelby and her team! My daughter LOVED her cake!

Miggy’s Bakes is an outstanding business! I have ordered two cakes this past year from Shelby and both have been super unique, fun and delicious! Yesterday’s cake was for my daughter’s 22nd birthday - it was exactly her personality and Gluten Free!! Shelby was easy to communicate with and met my timeframe perfectly! Delivery was on time and a piece of cake! I can’t say enough about this fantastic bakery!!
