Good location, very nice staff, and generally good food and drinks. The one complaint is that when ordering a hot beverage, the temperature at which it will be served to you varies wildly, and usually on the colder side. This is a problem if you order hot chocolate, because the ingredients don’t mix properly and you end up drinking syrup. It’s very good tasting syrup, but not exactly what I’m looking for when I order hot chocolate. The place is cute and very very small, right off the street. They bake their own goods, which sounds promising, but the pumpkin scone that I got was very dry and deprived of pumpkin taste. If there was no icing on it, it would have been inedible;(. The staff was sweet. I should probably give it another try. My wife and I came here as we heard about a new establishment that opened. We were so eager to try it and after our afternoon hike we decided to pop over to Huntingdon and grab a bite to eat. We got there and there was about two customers ahead of us in line. I will preface this whole review with the staff is very kind... but... We ordered two money makers and two chai lattes. We order them at 2:29pm... While the chais were very pretty with a mini waffle on top.. we didn't actually get our chais until 3:07pm and our sandwiches were another 10 minutes later. The chais were tasty but was hardly even room temperature which we were looking forward to a warm beverage as it was a very cold day. And then our money makers... Roughly $6 each and I kid you not when I say these sandwiches were smaller then my palm. They resembled a slider from white castle... Or possibly even smaller. It took around 47 minutes to get the two beverages and two sliders that we ordered.. with the amount of staff that they had, (roughly 6 or 7 people) I can't justify waiting 47 minutes for two chai lattes and two "sandwiches" that looked like they came from under a hot lamp. I truly hope things get better as I really want this place to succeed. They just need to workout A LOT of kinks. I got the tacos it was a great portion for the price but it was tasteless and sloppy as for the steak sandwich the beef is super salty and the bread is hard as a rock definitely not fresh I really want to like this place hopefully it was just a bad day!
