What a great place! I really liked the concept of composing your own soup. Both soup broths we had were really delicious, all of the ingredients fresh, yummy and interesting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I only think this place should be bigger since it was quite packed, but when you make good food people come to eat it, which is really rather an understandable consequence than a critique. Super leuk concept en heerlijk eten! De staff is bijzonder vriendelijk en attent. Enige minpuntje: het kan er erg druk en onrustig zijn, want het is maar een kleine ruimte, dus als je daar niet van houd, vermijd dan de spitsuren. The place is small, but that doesn't take away from the experience. I'm not that into vegetarian food, but I did enjoy it. Furthermore the service was amazing.
