I've read some of the comments from other patrons on here. Some negative, some positive. This is my family and I's experience. Full disclosure, ordering from here was purely accidental. We were looking for a new pizza place. There just isn't any great ones within almost 30 miles. While looking we had decided, but this one was accidentally selected and didn't realize until after "place order" was selected. Ok back to the experience. I walk in and there were no other customers there. So I guessed that maybe most of there business is to go orders. An older gentleman came out from the back and spoke with me and after the order was confirmed, he gave me an estimate of when it will be ready. So I sit and wait. A few minutes later a different gentleman brings me my order, thanks me, have a great day, etc. I usually check my order before I leave. ( Joe Pesci's comments in Lethal Weapon is not just the drive in lol) But I went just the smell. Smelled great. I took the 20 minute drive back to the house. Open the boxes, the order is correct and still piping hot ( that's a plus). We take a bite, not bad at all. We also ordered some cheesy breadsticks. Those were tasty as well. Now being of Sicilian descent, I have had my fair share of pizza. Was this the absolute best, no. Was it good enough to order again, definitely. They definitely were not shy with the toppings. If there was absolutely one thing I had to complain about. There were these dry herbs (Oregano?) they put on the pizza, but more heavy handed on the breadsticks. It just made it taste a little weird. Definitely wasn't needed. Next time would request that not be put on there. This was my experience, yours may be better, it may be worse. But give it a try and decide yourself. Food: 4 Service: 4

just wanted to take a moment to thank JD for going above and beyond to get my pizza to me on Father's Day. I ordered the pizza late in the day, and I know it was close to closing time, but JD still made sure to get it to me so that we could enjoy it for dinner. The pizza was delicious, as always. I ordered the pepperoni and sausage pizza, and it was cooked perfectly. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the toppings were generous. I also wanted to mention that the customer service at Mona Lisa's Pizza is always excellent. JD was very friendly and helpful, and he made sure to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Mona Lisa's Pizza to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable pizza. The service is excellent, and the pizza is always top-notch. Just spent $55 on a supreme and meat lovers pizza. I’m not one to write poor reviews but it was ridiculous how sparse the toppings were. I think frozen pizza has more toppings and tastes better. We hadn't tried them in a few years and wanted to support the local business. We got their "Large Chicken BBQ" pizza. They don't apparently sell that in an X-Large, for some reason, or we would have gotten it. See price on their online menu. See pic of pizza in over sized box (14" pizza as measured). Taste was okay. Plenty of BBQ sauce (no problem there) and sauce tasted good. Okay amount of chicken and cheese. Great service! The problem lowering its stars was the odd crust/dough. It was very chewy and dense for pizza crust. Seemed more like bread dough than pizza dough. Under proved and over worked dough (if I am getting the cause correct based on all of the cooking shows watched during isolation here). Also crust ends did not rise (about a 1/4" thick and dense dough/crust evenly from middle to edges). If you like thick/dense/chewy crusts, you would love their pizza. See pictures for the cross section of the end of the crusts (saved for pic). Probably not the best around, but not horrible either (3 stars).
