So, gave dinner another try here on Saturday sent my daughter into pick up for us while I waited In the car.. As usual she was greeted by the worker making a remark to the woman at the front desk- saying she wasn't dealing with checking us out and she was going out back,.That was fine she payed and came out with our food.. I opened the bag and the entire top of the food box was covered in hair!! Not one not 2 but COVERED with hair that was also inside the container...i went storming back in and asked for a Manager. The man came out and was very prompt to deal with it, but questioned me WHY there were 2 meals in the bag, I said I had no idea.. I hadn't made it further than opening the paper bag once seeing all the hair.. So basically their worker was so worried about putting hair into my food order which she thought was for my daughter, she put 2 orders in the bag ..I will definitely discourage anyone from ordering here..SHE should have been fired on the spot..this is not the first time this has happened either. Disgusting. So as long as they allow this woman to keep doing this, I will deter anyone from ordering there. Very disappointed spent $75 for 3 adults and was not happy with it. Spareribs were so hard and dried out they were inedible . The house lomein on the other hand was delicious. Covids over I live 45 minutes away and won't eat here cause your not allowed to sit down and eat because they figured out a way to not pay waitress the food is amazing though... Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Traveled 40 minutes to get the dinner plate and they missed one of the sides. I got no kind of inconvenience deal like maybe more of that side or a discount they just acted like it wasn’t there problem even tho I PAID FOR THE SIDE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THERE and now I gotta travel 40 minutes AGAIN because you guys forgot. Maybe check the order bags before stapling them shut. Wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t wanna get all the food you pay for.

I couldn't even begin to explain the horror of our take out dinner tonight! Pictures will show the worst of it all. And to add to it we did not get all of our order. Pictured is the "pork chow mein"... no edit, yes it is white snotty looking. Tasted like the water you boiled sausage in that you dump down the drain. Took one bite and threw it away.
