Extremely Disappointing Service by Siren at Mugshots Grill and Bar My recent encounter with Siren at Mugshots Grill and Bar was nothing short of a nightmare. Her appalling attitude and complete disregard for customer satisfaction tainted what should have been a pleasant dining experience. It's becoming the place... To be to eat on sundays, for us. We got Ms. Debbie, as are wonderful server again.. She is amazing 👏 Thank you for being who you are, Ms. Debbie, See you on Sunday.. Good food. Understaffed but no complaints other than it takes a while for some aspects due to one server on 5 or 6 tables. The server was great but just stretched out. Maybe due to call puts from fat Tuesday, I'm not sure I was overall happy with everything. Nothing was burnt all the food was cooked properly. Hamburgers not what I expected. Had very little taste compared to its advertisements. The order came out too quickly, like it was warmed up for a drunk at the bar; but I was at a table with my spouse and not drinking alcohol. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
