My husband ordered a gluten-free red velvet cake for my 50th birthday, today. I haven't had red velvet cake in over 10 years and I've been obsessed with it since then. New Beginnings delivered! It was soooo moist, flavorful, richly red and with the most delicious cream cheese icing. Thank you so much for this wonderful birthday cake. It's absolutely amazing, thank you!

Rhonda baked my gluten free wedding cake, and was wonderful to work with! She was flexible in scheduling a tasting and open to customizing the cake to exactly what I was looking for. It's great to have a gluten free baker in Eastern Iowa!

Rhonda is not only kind and thoughtful but an excellent baker also!!!!! She made a perfect gluten free dairy free cake for my daughter's wedding. She is the best and I highly recommend her bakery!!!

Fantastic bakery, with goods made by such wonderful people! I've had the opportunity to go into the kitchen and train with the owner. I was astounded by the amount of joy and love that goes into her baked goods....and the TIME she takes to perfect her recipes. I had no idea how complicated it was to create anything gluten (and dairy) free and ensuring it tastes delicious. Chantal is always working to bring new items to her menu and I highly suggest running out to get the new iced brownies!!

I'm writing this review after hiding in my laundry room eating my very last cupcake! I just recently found out I was no longer able to eat gluten. I bought 3 gluten free cupcakes made by this bakery in my local Hyvee freezer section. The first cupcake my husband stole half of it. The 2nd cupcake my 4 year old ate more than half. He is now asking for a gluten free cake for his 5th birthday because he loved it so much! I had to hide in my laundry room to enjoy my very last cupcake. They are so delicious! Run don't walk if you want a fantastic gluten free cupcake that doesn't taste gluten free!
